SMIL21: CSS animation does affect OM value

Dear Synchronized Multimedia Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/PR-SMIL2-20050927/ section 3.3.3 states
multiple times that SMIL animation does not affect the OM value; this
is not true for attributeType="CSS" as the OM value is defined in terms
of getComputedStyle which considers all style sheets, including the
override style sheet that animation does affect.
