All- It seems that on PC's we get a "flicker" which occurs when a smil file is embedded into a web page w/ a video and synchronized images (flash/gif's et al...) on both IE and Netscape... This occurs w/ the Real Player Plug-in (both embed and object) and in QT... Is this an Official "known" bug and/or should it be?
