Make the best recording you can, I used a piece of foam on the mic to
cut
down on the popping sound but still the quality was just ok.
SOJA's Java 1.1 and limited to 8 bit, 8000 Hz, one-channel au files.
You get the auz file by renaming the extension myaudio.zip to
myaudio.auz.

I hope SMIL 2's audio baseline is more like vorbis (the png of audio).
