The SMIL Tutorial - August 23rd edition

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the new release of the SMIL Tutorial.

What's new ?

+ we used a Perl script in order to generate the
  HTML and to manage links. As a result, the layout has been improved
  and there are no more broken links.

+ an index page.

+ a new chapter, "Examples", has been added.

+ a part, concerning the fit attribute, is also new in chapter 3.
