An Ontology for Artificial Intelligence Techniques

Hello everybody,

            I would like to know that is there any ontology which has
concepts (relations) for all or different kinds of techniques used in AI. If
there is no such ontology which mentions about different AI techniques, does
it seem reasonable to make one like it? And if some one can give pointers
which help to make such taxonomy, it would be great.
