Swoop is built around the OWL API. It will, with a touch of the button,
display either the Abstract syntax, RDF/XML, Turtle, or a custom layout
with somewhat DLish notation. At the moment, the AS display is limited
to subgrouping of axioms corresponding to a Class or Property etc. in
the OWL API. We have a cut of an AS to OWL API parser and will,
sometime in the next month or so, allow viewing and editing an entire
ontology in AS and generating the corresponding OWL API.

The student working on the parser (and similar AS issues) is Vlad
Kolovski (kolovski@cs.umd.edu). We could add a form based converter to
our website if there were remotely serious demand :)

Swoop may be downloaded (or webstarted) from:

It's under development with us working to add functionality (it has
preliminary explanation/debugging support, for example) and squash
