There are a few of the tests that describe some parts of the OWL namespace
using OWL. This is unlike the RDF Schema for OWL which you can find at the
namespace URL, which only uses RDFS to describe OWL.

We got nowhere near a complete description, there are only fragments.
The easiest way to find all of them is to use the Large alternate version

http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-test/L

and to search for

"OWL described in OWL"
