MKE (http://rhm.cdepot.net/) makes it easy to build your own KB.
The main interface language is MKR -- a very high level knowledge
representation language which is both English-like and UNIX-shell-like.

The KB can be stored in 
MKE format (MKR plain text files)
or TAP format (RDF files)
or OpenCyc format ("world" files).

The MKE system includes 
an RDF "triple" language interface for TAP,
and a CycL language interface for OpenCyc.
