Good question.

Would someone from the RDF Core WG please review this issue
(also logged at [1] and [2]) and state whether or not this
is a bug in the validator?

Also, if this is a bug in the validator, it would be very
useful if [3] included [a pointer to] a bug list.

Hi,

I am trying to parse some DAML with the validatore parsing of this file used to give no complaint
except that lately I am being faced with this
error: Error: {W130} Base URI is "", relative URIs
left as relative and I can't figure out why?

Can someone please give a hand.
