I guess you've already seen the responses mentioning Notation3.

Knowing you're a Haskell user, I thought I'd mention (again) that I have 
released a Notation3 parser for Notation3 (or something very similar).  I'm 
offline so don't have the exact URI to hand, but if you follow this you 
should find my announcement...
