Exif Namespace and schema

Hi,

I need a namespace for exif [1] and IPTC-NAA for a personal application 
about pictures album. I was about to start to create one, But before I 
decided to check if some people have created one.


I have seen so far this Schema:

Gerald Oskoboiny has one
	exif namespace  http://impressive.net/people/gerald/2001/exif#
	Example: http://impressive.net/people/gerald/2001/09/08/13-36-10.rdf

Karl Dubost. I made one too (at work)
	EXIF http://www.la-grange.net/2002/07/exif#
	IPTC http://www.la-grange.net/2002/07/iptc#

Tim Berners-Lee in his modification of jhead [3] made one too.

Norman Walsh has one too !!!

Could we lead an effort to create only namespace and a well defined 
vocabulary. If no people volunteer, I accept to do it.
