Hi, I don't remember seeing this on rdf-ig (and search is still down). Some of you may have heard of FIPA: it's a consortium for developing agent standards and protocols. FIPA agent messages embed what is called propositional content in their payload using an agent communication language or ACL (think of it as specifying the part of a message SOAP doesn't).
