Interesting diagram, but one thing bothers me:
how could a URI possibly identify *two* things ?

I guess I could accept that identifying both a Thing and the Concept of
that thing may work
(I have to think harder about it, though),
but identifying both a Resource and the RDF description of that resource
seems definitely buggy to me...

 The word "identifty" has a very strong meaning, hasn't it.
