I know this is really unrelated to your example but 
can we pretend that:

"...the Schema at http://webns.net/2001/02/ns2/..."

is a short-hand for 

"...the Schema referenced (and obtainable) from the 
RDDL document at http://webns.net/2001/02/ns2/..."?
