using RDF for access controls ?

Is anyone aware of work that is trying to use RDF for access controls in
security. I think I saw somewhere reference to a project using DAML for
access control, but couldn't retrieve any further info.

Any thoughts and experiences using RDF for access controls( authorization
)?.
