Bug in RDF generated for haystack-simile-demo

Mark,

     Ryan and I suspect there's a bug that's been introduced recently
into the way the links to images 21F_027J_VisualizingCultures.rdf and
21H_433_TheAgeOfReason.rdf are generated.  Ryan successfully built
those files some time ago, but when I tried building them today (after
doing a CVS update), these files contained lines like

      <ocw:linkToImage
      rdf:resource="/NR/rdonlyres/A8E865E1-B37E-47AB-84C6-4CF9109483ED/0/goya.jpg"/>

that were missing the prefix "http://ocw.mit.edu:" before "/NR".  This
caused the "ant haystack-simile-demo" script to fail because of
malformed URL's.  We inserted the prefix manually, and the script
completely successfully.
