URis -> URIs

This is just a very small detail, and if you fix it, I don't
even want to hear back from you that you did it:

At http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/#section-Syntax-ID-xml-base,
in the sentence "Example 16: Complete example using rdf:ID and xml:base
for shortening URis  (example16.rdf output example16.nt)",

please change "URis" to "URIs".
