The RDFCore WG discussed your suggestion that RDF should ignore xml schema 
attributes at its telecon last Friday.  The (unapproved) minutes can be

The WG decided:

The possibility of excluding XML Schema namespace attributes
from RDF/XML might be considered in the future. However,
we currently see no compelling reason to expect to do this
now, or in the future.

We would welcome any further evidence, from you, or from elsewhere, that 
suggests that there is a real need for this.
