It is suggested that a glossary of terms be developed to aid effective communication. This is a general issue for all RDF specifications. ]]] As recorded in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2002Feb/0476.html the RDFCore WG resolved: the WG resolves that this issue is addressed by the primer and that this issue be closed.
