RE: Comments on the new RDF Model Theory spec

Pat, I'm splitting the reply for better clarity in three separate emails.
One with the purely editorial points.
One with the non-just-purely editorial points.
One with the container issue.

Also, I'll omit all the parts where we agree and just consider the ones
that still need some clarification.
