a couple quick ones... as to the syntax/notation:

 Primer: Getting into RDF & Semantic Web using N3

then as to the specific terms racine and semantics,
see
  http://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/log.n3

in brief:
	<foo#bar> log:racine <foo>.

and
	<foo.rdf> log:semantics { ...contents of foo.rdf as a formula }.
