In Appendix A: XML Serialization.

<rdf:Property

                <rdfs:label xml:lang="en">object</rdfs:label>
                <rdfs:label xml:lang="fr">value</rdfs:label>
</rdf:Property>

Shouldn't it be instead something like the following:

<rdf:Property
rdf:about="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#value">
                <rdfs:label xml:lang="en">value</rdfs:label>
                <rdfs:label xml:lang="fr">valeur</rdfs:label>
</rdf:Property>

At least as far as I know "value" doesn't mean anything in french.
