RDF parser/serializer/validator/middleware

This is to announce that the RDF parser/serializer/validator we're using
to implement the Generic Interoperability Framework (GINF) is now
available for public download. GINF middleware is included in the
distribution. 

Please note that it is still alpha and is subject to frequent changes.
Comments are highly appreciated. Enjoy!
