ical schema update: component, rrule/interval

Just checked in changes

in http://www.w3.org/2002/12/cal/

ical.{n3,rdf}:
  added ical:component per 12Feb meeting
  added comment while I was at it

ical2rdf.pl:
  updated copyright/license blurb
  no more about='' on <Vcalendar>, per 12Feb meeting
  calendar description now contains event descriptions,
    linked by ical:component, per 12Feb meeting
  refined rrule support; interval defaults to 1

Makefile:
  ical schema is now based on a 3rd data file, gkexample
  refactored DATA_FOR_SCHEMA
