FWIW, I completely agree with Olivier's review and had very similar
thoughts when reading the tip draft. I am glad I do not have to write
them up now :-). For the title, something like "How to put dates in
URIs" may be more appropriate than a somewhat misleading/overloaded
"dated URIs".
