Hello QA WG and IG participants --

I have an action item to collect attendance plans for the QA meeting(s) at 
Tech Plenary, Cannes, [1].  Could you please reply and let me know, if you 
plan to attend the QA meeting in Cannes?  Please also include your dates of 
being present at the Tech Plenary venue, as we may have other QA activities 
during the week.

The QA meeting is on Friday, 1st March, and is a joint WG/IG meeting.  The 
agenda will be weighted towards QAWG issues processing, and progression of 
the Framework documents.

We have also discussed outreach and liaison with other WGs -- interested QA 
members attend some other WG meetings to assist where desired, inform about 
QA's program of work, observe, and learn about the QA activities in the WGs.
