[DRAFT] Agenda: April 25th 2005 QA WG teleconf

QAWG telecon participants --

Here is the agenda for Monday teleconf, April 25th 2005.

Lynne, you're up to be the scribe accordingy to:
http://www.w3.org/QA/Group/minuters

The principal topic will be
	GP optional vs informative
	SpecGL Implementation Report
	Draft answer reviews
	Closing the last two issues
	Variability in Specification Publishing

Agenda
    =====
    Scribe: Lynne, Patrick
    Chair: Karl
    Template: http://www.w3.org/QA/Group/telcon-template.txt

1.) roll call 11am EDT, membership

2.) routine business

	* Hotel/Map of Dublin

3.) GP as optional features
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-qa-wg/2005Apr/0078

Lofton has raised an issue about the normativity of GP. That's a good
issue. We discussed in the past about having two levels of Conformance
and we decided to not use it. One possibility is to make it normative
but optional (as in a SHOULD).
	Working group agreement?

4.) Draft answer reviews
Dom, Karl, Patrick have written draft for answering the comments. We
need to review them.
			READ them before the teleconf!!!

5.) Closing the last two issues
We still have two last issues 1148, 1149

	http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=1148
Possible Resolution about example on conflicting URI-reference
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-qa-wg/2005Apr/0058
Dropping the text which seems a bit difficult to understand without
more context.

	http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=1149
	Possible Resolution about Unicode examples
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-qa-wg/2005Apr/0064
A text has been written and added to the Specification.
	Agreement?

6.) Variability in Specification Publishing
	http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/spec-variability

Should we republish Variability in Specification at the same time than
SpecGL. There is still work to do on it. Main editors on that document
being Dave, Dom, Karl and Lynne.

		- [URGENT] ISSUE: Text for Umbrella Specification. (Volunteer?)
		- ISSUE: needs to explain the different categories, how to actually
make a specification category analysis
		- ISSUE: needs to address discretionary items, and more largely, the
remaining DoV.

7.) SpecGL Implementation Report
Dimitris to present the preliminary results for SpecGL Implementation
Report. It's a very important work for the next steps.
