Agenda: http://www.w3.org/QA/2003/10/f2f

Minutes:

1-3pm:  tour of NIST, lotsa' cool stuff:  WTC materials failure investigation;
atomic clocks; cryogenics (including great super-conductivity trick).

(KD leaves at 2pm to catch a plane.)

Resolved (unanimous) about TCDL: QAWG would like David to: clarify IPR
about his contribution;
finish the incomplete parts as soon as practical. At that point, QAWG wants to
publish it as a Working Group Note. Hopefully before the December holidays.

Next f2f. We don't need a January f2f. Telecons should suffice until
Technical Plenary.

Discussion about how/when to finish the proposal to submit a panel to
WWW2004.
Interested to contribute to finishing the proposal: Olivier, Lofton,
Patrick, Mark, Vanitha, and of course David (the source of the idea).

Future QAWG/IG Telecons:

27th Oct: cancelled.
3rd Nov: panel proposal for WWW2004.
10th Nov: Guest chair Dom (inviting actual guest ???), or olivier. Topics
to be announced asap.
17th Nov: Lynne's selling points for GL documents during CR; Vanitha
(testGL) interview template.
24th Nov:  in/out reach reports.
1st Dec: TestGL (looking at next WG draft).
8th Dec:  Guest-chair.

APPRECIATION
