Small clarification/correction to your draft minutes:

"SVG tiny does not have conformance" doesn't quite express what I meant to 
say, which was about strict/loose.   Better would be, "Conformance in SVG 
Tiny is not strict -- extensions, optionality, discretion, etc are all allowed.
