QAWG telecon participants --

If you won't attend the Monday (14-jul) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list) 
with "regrets".

This is a regular teleconference, whose principal topic will 
be:  miscellaneous Last Call and other QAWG items.

NOTE.  There are three "Default" endorsements -- proposals that have been 
available for review for the minimal required period, that become "QAWG 
Approved" if there are no comments or objections before or at telecon.
