It looks like the most likely dates for an October meeting in Boulder would 
be:  21-23 October (Tues-Thurs).

QUESTION.  Does this scheduling cause any problems for any potential attendees?

Two possibilities are being investigated:  NIST is first choice (easy 
shuttle bus ride from downtown), and Sun Microsystems campus for second 
choice (15-20 minute drive from downtown).

The following weekend is a university home football game (bad for hotel 
availability).  The preceding weekend is clear.
