NIST is involved in leading several of the WG test development efforts or 
is a major contributor to the testing effort.  You can include the 
following names in your contact list

DOM:  Richard Rivello (richard.rivello@nist.gov)  Ricky has built most of 
the tests in the DOM test suite
Schema:  John Tebbutt (john.tebbutt@nist.gov).  John is leading the testing 
effort.  He has built a substantial part of the tests and is currently 
writing the Testing QA document
XSLT/XPATH and XSL-FO: Carmelo Montanez 
(carmelo.montanez-rivera@nist.gov)  Carmelo has worked with OASIS in 
building a set of tests and a harness.  He is also the person who wrote the 
XSL-FO tests for the W3C WG.
