On Friday, I put up a new LC issues list.  Here are the changes:

The large number of "Resolved" reflects two things:

1.) trivial editorial (spelling, grammar, punctuation), so designated by 
Issues Editor (LH), and yet to be implemented.

2.) decision in telecon/mail about a resolution (yet to be implemented).
