Thanks for putting out the reminder.

Consensus at today's QAWG telecon was to change the 2002-10-25 SpecGL 
assignments to 2002-11-13 (one week after next SpecGL publication).

I have changed the matrix (except Olivier -- 2002-10-8 is clearly 
inapplicable, but I don't know what is the WCAG20 comment deadline).
