next QAWG telcon

Our next regular scheduled telcon is Thursday, 16th May.  Some people will 
be unable to attend (including myself).  There is a proposal that we cancel 
that telcon, and have a "special" telcon the following week (23rd 
May).  "Special" would mean that we have it at the alternate time of 10am EDT.

Thoughts?
