Draft Patent Policy

To whom it may concern:

Though I am fundamentally against patented algorithms being incorporated 
into a W3C standard without a royalty-free license, I believe the draft 
patent policy presents a reasonable compromise that allows commercial 
and open source software developers to implement standards without 
either "losing too much". Therefore, I request the W3C approve the draft 
policy.
