Last call: Royalty-Free Patent Policy

Opera Software believes the proposed Royalty-Free Patent Policy is an
imporatant step in the effort keep the web free of harmful patents. We
think the compromises reached will benefit the web community. 

FSF has pointed out [1] that section 3 limites the licensing
requirements to implementeation (in item 3) and that this constitutes
a "field of use" restriction which may conflict with GPL-licenced
software. We support FSF's position on this issue and would like to
see item 3 removed or reworded.
