Support for RF patent policy

Hi there:

I just wanted to add my comment, as a law student, open source
supporter, and privacy advocate in support of the draft standard which
would allow only royalty-free patents in w3c specifications.  This
policy is essential to the continued growth of the Internet and the
goals of democratic access.  I hope it gets final approval by w3c.
