Royalty-free patent licensing

Hello!

I'd like to express my concerns regarding your proposed Patent Policy 
which allows using patented technologies in W3C standards with restriced 
'fields of use' of such technology. Please, remove this limitation from 
your Policy as this would make it impossible for many people to utilize 
such standard in their free software appliactions.
