Patent policy and GPL Section 7

Dear Sir or Madam,

I beleive your patent policy sounds good, but doesn't achieve it's goal. 
Please allow for free software under the GPL (see section 7) and other 
such licenses that do not restrict the usage scope when you make your 
final decisions.
