RAND License acceptance

	This is only "Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory" from the standpoint of the 
patent holders, never from informed users' or free software developers.

	By proposing such monopolization of knowledge and technics -- that's what 
patents are, monopolies -- you not only discriminate against everyone who's 
got no money, you also foster the anti-globalization protests.

	The western companies are rich already.  Why do they try to get even richer in 
a poor World?

	Information wants to be free.  Knowledge can have no owners, except if the rich 
people buy the legislators.
