This is only "Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory" from the standpoint of the patent holders, never from informed users' or free software developers. By proposing such monopolization of knowledge and technics -- that's what patents are, monopolies -- you not only discriminate against everyone who's got no money, you also foster the anti-globalization protests. The western companies are rich already. Why do they try to get even richer in a poor World? Information wants to be free. Knowledge can have no owners, except if the rich people buy the legislators. -- _ / \ Leandro Guimarães Faria Corsetti Dutra +55 (11) 246 96 07 \ / http://homepage.mac.com./leandrod/ BRASIL +55 (43) 322 89 71 X http://tutoriald.sourceforge.net./ mailto:lgcdutra@terra.com.br / \ Campanha fita ASCII, contra correio HTML mailto:leandrod@mac.com
