Hi, I won't say much, but if W3C wants to join the ranks of irrelevant standard organisations, that's its choice. It has proven clean royalty-free standards can matter a lot. Lots of organizations will be all too happy to take the lead in its place. I gave preference to W3C standards up to now. I'm pretty sure I won't bother even reading them after this change. -- Nicolas Mailhot
