On Sep.30, 14:13 EDT, 275 comments were posted on your list archive, more
than 250 of which were sent within the past two weekend days.  When compared
to archives on other Standard(?) working drafts this does suggest that the
comment period was short (also in the light of current events) and
insufficiently publicized.
Please consider an extension of the comment period and ensure sufficient
publicity in accordance with the importance of the matter.
