I am very concerned about the shift in policy taking place at the w3c. As anothers have said: "...most of the authors of these programs have a hard enough time justifying the time they spend on gratis development, very few if any will be willing to cough up thousands of dollars to implement a non-free standard..." I cannot put it better myself. Please continue your fine work in the spirit of freedom and equality on the web. Please work to keep standards free for people and companies to use. --- John McBride, North Edwards, CA -- +------------------------------------------------------------+ | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded | | gold, it would be a merrier world. -- J.R.R.
