Fee-Bound W3C Standards

	To whom this may concern;

	The W3C has always done a good job of keeping its web standards free from
royalties and other such legal bindings that could cause problems if the
technology's "legal guardian" later decides to try to collect "due" payments
for his/her technologies. Please reconsider your movement in this direction
as the web is a place for freedom.

	Thank you for making a free internet;
