Why don't you all wake up and remember what the true meaning of the
Internet really is?  This wonderful world wide network was not invented as
a money-making scheme and never should be treated as such.

You have given the Internet community at large far too little time to
comment on this tripe that you are proposing.  This leads me to believe
that you intend to sneak it in without anybody noticing.  If this is the
case, then the W3C has absolutely no right to continue as any type of
governing body in anything concerned with the Internet as a whole.

Please take the time to pull your heads out of your posterior and look at
the truth for what it really is.  It makes me ill to see this kind of
thing happening in the wake of such tragedies as what happened in NYC on
Sept. 11th.  The US Govt. is taking advantage of the situation and now you
are too.
