Hi Tim

While you have stated good reasons for your silence, no doubt the latter
left a few wondering whether your philosophy had changed in accordance
with the W3C's approach to licensing.

It's heartening to see you indicate nothing has changed as far as you
are concerned. Let us hope the W3C gets it right this time, and
observing their response certainly gives me some.
