Let me start by saying that i trust the PPF Working Group to deal with issues that are also in my best interest. For the past 10 days, i've been reading backgrounders and articles about the PPF, trying to grasp what this is all about, and what the web would be when this was already in effect. I regret to say that it is totally unclear to me for at least the following reasons: * I can't make any sense of the legal language. * I can't oversee the consequences of the proposed policy as it is for my everyday life as a sitebuilder. * I resent having to deal with legal issues of this kind. You could argue that i will probably get used to in time, and learn to work within it's limitations. I would reply then that i'd still prefer a dead simple and fool proof policy model that wouldn't require any legal skills. Such a model can only be non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable. Thank you for your time, --Jeroen van Gorkum Vangorkum [dp]
