-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 To W3C: The extended comment period closes tomorrow. To date, no real progress appears to have been made regarding the direction of the PPF WD's next draft. This is despite the overwhelming number of sound arguments as to why RAND and patented technology do not belong in W3C-approved Recommendations. There was a continuing dialogue with Chris Lilley [W3C] and open source developers to help the W3C decide the next course of action; however, we have not had a response from Chris for nearly two days, even though he was obliged to. I hereby request the public comment period be extended indefinitely until a satisfactory solution has been decided upon. Thanks and regards Jason Antony -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (MingW32) - WinPT 0.4.0 Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7xBzedo4suhfO5Y4RAhzEAJ9YkcoMDGncQJkZX6HvaF7vgT8iSgCgjVHQ ZRe4tZVVKt8eHw6vobDlpxc= =Pq+M -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
