In my understanding: Standard: stands for the way, things to be done, which are used by everybody. License: stands for the way, things to be done, allowed for only somebody ... so ... i'm wondering ... doesn't standard and license exclude each other ... ? How, if somebody ( who has enough $$$ ) put up a license for the usage of ... English ( for instance )??? Frank
